SYNOPSIS

This summer nothing was the same: my parents split up and my older sister became a stranger who entered adolescence and abandoned me to childhood. A sister who didn’t want to play in La Boyita, the camper parked in the back yard, our favorite hideout.
This summer I went to the country looking for Mario. And, without knowing, we discovered the mysteries of sexuality, finding a reality that grownups wouldn’t dare to face.
This summer, the last summer of La Boyita, I knew that the world was more complex, confusing and fascinating than I have ever thought.

That La Boyita would not be a nest and a shelter anymore.

That I was leaving behind my childhood.
