Ramón Antúnez, a sawmill laborer at the province of Misiones is fired from his job. Overwhelmed with economical problems, he’s seduced by his close friend Antonio, an experienced fisherman, to take part in a marijuana smuggling plan, from Paraguay, through the river, for Leiva, a well-known drug dealer of the area.
Antonio has done this before for this drug dealer and assures Ramón it won’t bring any complications. But the night of the smuggling, not everything will go as planned, and Leiva will seek for revenge.
